The Home Care Maintenance Service is a way to ensure that your home or a family member’s home is properly maintained. This is done by regularly visits throughout the year to identify maintenance issues, undertake some minor repairs and have reputable trades people available to you at all times during the year. This we believe will provide you with a safe and healthy home.
A yearly maintenance program consist of the following:
Initial Visit - Report will detail around 300 items and provide a summary of required and preventative maintenance.
Regular Service Visits - 4 or 6 Monthly
All Service Visits - are followed up with some minor maintenance. ( 20 minutes)
Some examples of minor maintenance that may be done.
Spray lock with WD 40.
Adjust a catch.
Replace a tap washer.
Cleaned out guttering.
Replaced light bulb
Qualified and Reputable Trades people - on call throughout the year.
Regular Service Visits - 4 or 6 Monthly
